Arnica plants grow throughout much of the world. Arnica salve, ointment or compress is used externally for bruises, sprains and muscle pain. Our arnica essence is made with the US Pacific Northwest native meadow arnica that grows in our Labyrinth garden.
Symptom:
Holding shock in the body either from a recent event or previous trauma. Often this shock is locked in the nervous, muscular and endocrine systems, contributing to symptoms like fibromyalgia, hypertension and adrenal exhaustion. It is also useful for the body/mind shock created by spiritual overexpansion.
Action:
Arnica Flower Essence unravels shock held in your body, possibly from accidents, surgery, abuse, or emotional distress. This essence also retrains the body/mind to respond differently to the shocks of life. It encourages living in a balanced and harmonized way, so you are more resilient and less bruised by the shocks, bumps and scrapes of life.
This essence was made by the “no-pick” method. While the essence was being made, gemstones of amber, malachite, smokey quartz, tiger’s eye, turquoise and drusy quartz were placed among the plants with the storage (mother) bottles. The sun acts as a transformer to step down spiritual energies from higher dimensions. While the essence was being made, Amber acted as a lens to receive and focus sunlight for this purpose. Malachite is a powerful stone of protection. It restores strength and vitality by clearing and stimulating the flow of life force in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual subtle bodies.
