Align your Heart and your Life Purpose!
What does it feel like to have your heart aligned with your soul purpose? My first experience was recognizing what it felt like to be misaligned. I noticed that at moments I felt totally peaceful and calm with how my life was moving and had an open heart. Other moments I felt grumpy, even bitter, and my heart was closed. Why the swings? As I looked closer, I began to recognize attitudes, emotions and behaviors that were intertwined. Hmm, I wondered. Some feelings like gratitude and behaviors like being kind lead to feeling peaceful fulfillment and harmony with my life. Attitudes like “I’m not good enough”, lead to complaining and unhealthy behaviors. They felt disruptive to staying connected to my heart-space, my personal relationships and to this beautiful work that Spirit has asked me to do. That is when I recognized misalignment with my life purpose and when I began to really appreciate the Blue Vervain and Sweet Briar Rose Flower Essences. They are constant friends.
This month I’m featuring the Pericardium Heart Organ Energy Meridian Blend and Gentle Heart Aromatherapy and Flower Essence Mister. Sweet Briar Rose is an important essence in the Pericardium Heart Blend and a complement to Gentle Heart. Blue Vervain is a key essence in Gentle Heart and a complement to Pericardium Heart. Sweet Briar Rose Flower Essence
Sweet Briar Rose is a wild rose from England with a profusion of pink flowers and curved thorns that has naturalized in the US. Like other wild roses, it provides valuable wildlife habitat and its pear-shaped hips are high in vitamin C.
On the flower essence level, Sweet Briar Rose Flower Essence opens your heart to trust and love yourself and people around you. It takes the blinders off of your eyes so you can see the old patterns that disrupt your flow of love, gives you the courage to witness them without acting on them, and instills the heart-centeredness to instead acknowledge and act on what you really want.

Blue Vervain Flower Essence
Blue Vervain grows wild in Europe, North Africa, China and Japan. It has long been used to treat anxiety and nervous exhaustion, and to improve digestion. In the U.S., it grows easily in a garden. Vervain relieves headaches including migraines related to the menstrual cycle.
On the flower essence level, Blue Vervain Flower Essence calms agitated outbursts of anger and bitterness. These emotions are often a secondary response to a misalignment between your heart and your life purpose. When your beliefs about yourself are not in agreement with what you chose as a soul to fulfill for this lifetime, an interference pattern is set up. This disrupts communication between your Higher Self, Emotional Self and Physical Self. This interference pattern lowers the hertz at which your body/mind resonates, leading to the angry, bitter, irritable emotional state, and a wide variety of physical illnesses. Pericardium Heart Organ Energy Meridian Blend
The heart is the most vital and sensitive organ in your body. Besides pumping blood, it generates the majority of the electromagnetic energy in the fields surrounding the body. The heart is the home of Spirit and is the center of creative expression. The pericardium is the physical sack around the heart. It is filled with a fluid that lubricates and protects the physical heart from bumps and shocks.
