How Douglas Fir Tree Essence Helps You:

Use Douglas Fir Tree Essence when you have difficulty stepping into your power, deciding what action to take, or grounding your ideas and plans into practical action. It is also helpful if you have difficulty emotionally or physically feeling strong and embodied in your legs.

Douglas Fir Tree Essence encourages you to listen to your heart and mind when making decisions. On the energetic, emotional, and physical levels, it grounds you fully into your legs by strengthening the energetic circuits that support the peripheral nervous system in the legs. This promotes feeling solidly rooted in your legs and engenders confidence to step out with heart-felt practical action.

Douglas Fir Tree Essence grounds the Root, Feet, and Earth Star Chakras into the Center of the Earth Chakra.

How Douglas Fir Tree Essence Was Made:

Douglas Fir Tree Essence was made by the “no-pick” method of working directly with the plant spirit. While the essence was being made, crystals of amber, black onyx, drusy quartz, green tourmaline, icosahedron cut quartz, Inca jade, pyrite, smokey quartz, tiger’s eye, and vesuvianite were placed among the plants with the storage (mother) bottles. The sun acts as a transformer to step down spiritual energies from higher dimensions. While the essence was being made, Amber acted as a lens to receive and focus sunlight for this purpose. Black Onyx fosters inner strength, focused attention, and efficiency, strengthening the legs by stimulating the connection between the Feet and Root Chakras. Drusy quartz crystals help to energize and stabilize your subtle bodies. Green Tourmaline enables you to overcome the fear of change, revitalizes your energy fields, and strengthens the heart. Icosahedron cut quartz has 20 (5X4) equilateral sides. It is a bridge between the 5th Dimension - the entry into the unified Spiritual realms - and the four cardinal directions (N, S, E, W) on Earth. Inca Jade encourages you to delight in life, this time of being Spirit in the world of matter. Pyrite helps you integrate high-frequency energy into your body while stimulating mental clarity and focus. It invigorates the connection of your Root and Earth Star Chakras to the iron core Center of the Earth. This strengthens the connection of your spiritual self with your body for increased physical stamina. Smokey Quartz is a premiere grounding stone that helps you be more embodied and engaged with the world. Tiger’s Eye brings discernment, grounding, physical vitality, confidence, and practical action. Vesuvianite enables you to release old wounds and transform negative thinking into enthusiasm for life. Reconnects the mind and body by way of the heart. The crystals' actions inform how this flower essence seats into the body/mind.

While the Douglas Fir Tree Essence was being made imprints of rattle and spirit song coming through Diana’s voice were infused into the essence.

Herbal, Food & Wildlife Qualities:

Douglas fir trees grow in dry to moist forests from sea level to 6,000 feet from coastal British Columbia, Canada, to central California, U.S.A. In Oregon and Washington states, it is a dominant species from the crest of the Cascade mountain range to the coast. The thick bark of mature Douglas fir trees makes them resistant to fire. Flat needles that create a “bottle-brush” appearance around the stem and 2” to 4” cones that accumulate on the ground under the tree are effective ways to identify Douglas fir trees. Coastal indigenous peoples used wood for fuel, spear handles, harpoons, fire tongs, and fishhooks. The pitch was used to seal the joints of tools and other implements for caulking canoes and to make salves for wounds and skin irritations. Douglas fir trees also provide food for native butterflies.
