Medicinal, Food & Wildlife Qualities:

Twinflower is a trailing semi-woody evergreen plant that likes dry rocky to moist wooded sites. Elliptic shaped leaves grace the base of the short stems that grow up from long runners; the top of each stem divides into a Y shape with twin delicate light pink flowers.  It grows circumpolar in the northern latitudes, including most of North America.

Symptom:    

Use Twinflower Flower Essence when you are unable to integrate external sensory stimuli and feel overwhelmed by it.  This can manifest as difficulty being in crowded, noisy, or visually over stimulating places.
