Life is more enjoyable when you live from your heart! Not always an easy thing to do. It took me many years to be willing to open my heart. I remember saying in a group healing session when I was 35, “I will not feel! It is too dangerous!” Over the years I’ve begun to open up more. Still, I guard my heart at times. It seems a natural response to so much happening in today’s world. Yet to create a more loving, life-affirming world, we all have to contribute from our open hearts.
