Spiritual Metabolism
What fun! Last weekend I was at the Fairy and Human Relations Congress at Skalitude Retreat Center outside of Twisp, in eastern Washington. This gathering started 15 years ago to help us humans better relate to the unseen realm of nature spirits. There was ceremony, loads of fun activities, yummy food, music, and meditations with the fairies and dragons. Presenters came from Australia, Scotland, and many parts of the US to hold workshops for adults, teens and kids. I taught a class in which we made the Ponderosa Pine Tree Essence.
Ponderosa Pines do not grow in our area. I had to travel to over 200 miles to make it. As I prepared for the class, I began to realize this essence is one I’ve needed for several years. Each person in the class contributed to the full understanding of the quality of Ponderosa Pine Tree Essence. Spotted Coral Root Flower Essence
Spotted Coral Root Orchid is native to the Pacific Coastal region of North America. It grows in the rich humus of moist to dry coniferous or mixed forests at low to middle elevations. Spotted coral root has a pink to reddish purple color and a white lip with magenta spots. It is saprophytic, which means that it doesn’t have chlorophyll to make its own food. Instead it derives nutrients from decaying organic matter and contributes to decomposition and recycling of organic material.

Ponderosa Pine Tree Essence
Ponderosa Pine Tree is found in dry foothills to montane forests west of the Rocky Mountains to east of the coastal mountain ranges from southern British Columbia to New Mexico. This thick-bark, fire resistant evergreen tree grows to 130 feet and usually has groups of 3 needles. The seeds have long been a valued food of wildlife and indigenous peoples. The pitch is antiseptic and the resin was chewed as gum and used for medicinal purposes. The soft wood has many uses including fence posts, snowshoes, baby cradles, cabinets and crates.
On the essence level, Ponderosa Pine Tree Essence facilitates inter-relationship and integration of the community of your multidimensional selves with your Higher Self. Triple Burner Organ Energy Meridian Blend
There is no physical organ for the Triple Burner system, AKA Triple Warmer, Triple Heater, Umbilicus. It regulates the three “spaces” and related organs and controls relationships between them largely through the endocrine glands and hormonal distribution systems. It is the heating system of the body/mind/spirit interface. As such, it regulates and distributes heat and water through the body. The meridian is most active from 9pm to 11pm. It relates to the summer season.
Symptoms:
