Equinox and Easter are close this year, only a week a part. Equinox inaugurates the beginning of the new zodiac year and celebrates the rebirth of spring. Easter celebrates the resurrection of Christ. Both in their own way celebrate the rise of Light over Darkness. I am happy that there will be more light than dark for the next six months. With the increasing light, I also feel a resurgence of heart-centered, earth-grounded consciousness that strengthens the torus of energy around my body. It feels good to shine! Have you noticed a shift in your energy?
To help you connect more deeply with your Higher Self, your Christ Consciousness, I’m suggesting Sacred Energies and Spiritual Spine Essence Blends. Lily of the Valley Flower Essence
Lily of the Valley is native in cool temperate areas of Asia and Europe. It graces the landscape in mid to late spring with small white bell-shaped, sweetly scented flowers. Lily of the Valley is widely loved as a garden groundcover plant, and is a favorite of garden fairies. This flower is also known as Our Lady’s Tears since, according to Christian legend, the tears Mary shed at the cross turned to lilies of the valley.

Calendula Flower Essence
Calendula is native to southern Europe and grows easily from seed in most temperate climates. It is primarily used as a salve to treat minor skin problems like cuts, scrapes, wounds, inflammation, minor burns, acne, rashes, diaper rash and athlete’s foot.
