Manifest with Confidence
Summer, with the long days, is a wonderful time to be busy with many projects and activities. We are currently in the astrological sign of Leo, a time of much creativity and abundance. How do you want to express your creativity? Making luscious meals of the produce from your garden or local farmers? Canning and freezing food for winter? Creating a fantastic fall garden? Painting? Writing poetry or a novel? Designing a new line of children’s clothing? Creating a new business? The possibilities are endless. All of these take multiple steps of envisioning what you want, aligning your internal and external resources with this, overcoming blocks including fear (what if it doesn’t happen, what if it does happen, yikes!), doing it and expressing gratitude. This takes confidence.
This month I am featuring the Manifest Life Process Essence Blend and the Kidney Organ Energy Meridian Blend. For those of you who know the correlation of the elements with the season, you might say, “Kidney in the summer? It is a winter season organ system.” That is true. However, I’ve found that taking essences in the opposite season can be quite supportive. Crocosmia Flower Essence
Crocosmia is native to tropical and southern Africa and is related to freesia. Drought tolerant crocosmia grows from corms, has sword-shaped leaves from basal clumps and brilliant orange–crimson flowers on long arching stalks. It is a striking garden perennial and the long leaves provide mulch and cover for small birds and other critters during the winter.
On the flower essence level, Crocosmia encourages you to playfully engage your emotional strength, power and will to express yourself with confidence. Its relaxing quality invites you to be in your body and to pour out – radiate out – your strength, power and will with enthusiasm to encourage others to engage and radiate theirs. Manifest Life Process Essence Blend
