As I continue the healing process for a sarcoma cancer in my liver and lungs, I seek support from both the chakras and organ systems. For this newsletter, I want to write about strengthening my immune system and staying oriented to confidence. To have cancer means that my immune system is compromised and some of the treatments weaken my immune system even more. Taking drops of the Kidney and Bladder Organ Energy Meridian Blends several times each day is one of the ways that I support my immune system. And they help me to relax into acceptance of my situation.
The Kidney and Bladder Blends also help me to reorient from fear toward confidence. At moments real confidence is challenging to find. I’ve experienced that being willing to feel what I’m feeling about my situation is vital. Otherwise I’m only putting on a veneer of confidence instead of being vulnerable and genuinely confident.
