It’s rare that I highlight a product that I recently introduced. However, Transform Ease Flower Remedy Blend is so pertinent that I couldn’t pass up this opportunity to offer it again. Change is happening at breakneck speed, even though this time of year still encourages quiet contemplation. On one hand we are being called to slow down and dream, and on the other we are being impulsed to end old cycles and start anew. Old wounds are surfacing to be resolved with relative ease, new ideas and ways to approach living are revealing themselves, and our bodies are trying to keep up.
As an example, by the end of a movie that John and I watched the other night, I was an emotional wreck. It all seemed too real. After choosing to feel instead of stuff the intense emotions and tears bursting out, I began to wonder if there might be a past life connection. When I asked my healing Guides, they said yes, four lifetimes. We agreed to clear all of the residual from these lifetimes over night. There was no need to go into details; it was just handled. However, I was still emotionally tender the next day and my body took several days to clear through power surges (hot flashes), sweats, headaches and exhaustion. Transform Ease was a powerful and welcome ally during this time. Spotted Coral Root is a key essence in this blend and it is featured for March.
Spotted Coral Root Orchid Flower Essence
Spotted Coral Root Orchid, a native of the Pacific Coastal region of North America, grows in the rich humus of moist to dry coniferous or mixed forests at low to middle elevations. It has a pink to reddish purple color and a white lip with magenta spots. Spotted coral root is saprophytic, which means that it doesn’t have chlorophyll to make its own food. Instead it derives nutrients from decaying organic matter and contributes to decomposition and recycling of organic material.
On the flower essence level, Spotted Coral Root Orchid works through the energy circuits that relate to hormonal and biochemical shifts. According to Candice Pert, PhD., who wrote the book Molecules of Emotion, emotions – which are hormones, peptide and other biochemicals – exist both as energy and matter as they course though our blood stream and connect with the vibrating receptors on every cell in the body. This biochemical activity influences how we feel, emote, think and behave.
In these times of rapid universal, planetary and personal change, we are being impulsed by high frequency energies. Much of this comes in through our chakras that are rotating vortices of subtle matter that exchange bio-energies between our subtle energy bodies with our physical body. Each chakra is connected to a nexus of nerves in the spinal cord and brain and influences an endocrine gland that affects hormonal production. Symptoms such as power surges (hot flashes), sweats, nervous agitation, mood swings, headaches, dizziness, achiness, or a sense of general body stress can relate to the body’s attempt to integrate these higher frequencies. If you are experiencing hormonal or emotional shifts due to other influences – for example pregnancy, peri-menopause, healing a deep trauma, or changing your career to be more in alignment with your values – this may accentuate the intensity of the symptoms.
Spotted Coral Root Essence works much like geothermal or biomass energy. It treats the changing biochemistry as fuel. It uses this fuel to transform the decomposing emotional and biochemical patterns, and the resulting heat or energy released, to more evolved emotional and biochemical patterns. For example, transforming self-reproach to self-love, or transforming hot flashes and headaches to peaceful ease in your body. Spotted Coral Root Orchid Flower Essence is an amazing ally in these rapidly changing times.
As Spotted Coral Root Flower Essence says of itself:
I AM ripened heartfull Peace and genuine Being radiating out to the world.

March’s Flower Remedy Blend: Transform Ease
(More flower remedy blends are in the process of ripening. Stay tuned.)
Transform Ease is a blend of 24 flower and tree essences that facilitate transformational life processes – like rapid spiritual growth, healing deep life learning situations, significant career changes, starting or ending a relationship, pregnancy or peri-menopause. As you go through transformational changes, your body metabolizes differently and your ways of feeling, thinking, speaking, moving and being in the world change. You may experience symptoms that I call the spiritual flu – temperature swings, sweats, wired and tired, exhaustion, moodiness, headaches, dizziness, achiness, or a sense of general body stress. Transform Ease assists you to move through and integrate with ease these spiritual, energetic, emotional, hormonal, mental and physical body changes.
Transform Ease can be used by people who are sensitive to scents because it is made without essential oils. It is in a base of red shiso herb tea with organic white vinegar. (Read more about the red/shiso vinegar base.) Transform Ease comes in a one-ounce spray bottle for easy use. Spray around your body, into a glass of drinking water or directly into your mouth.
