Manifesting Your True Self
Last newsletter, I talked about rebirthing yourself in 2016. This time let’s look at what could be stopping you from having a fresh start to manifest your true self. In my experience, all of us have subconscious patterns that can get in the way of what we want to accomplish. These could be emotional states such as fear of failure, resentment of others’ success, worry about money; habitual behaviors that are self defeating or overachieving; or attitudes about work and school that can stop a project or process before it gets started. Underlying these subconscious patterns could be trauma, perhaps including soul loss, which is vitally important to address for a fresh start with whatever you want in your life.

Blackcap Raspberry Flower Essence
Blackcap Raspberry is a US Pacific Northwest native perennial deciduous shrub 3-5 feet tall with erect arching blue-green colored stems that have small curved prickles and clusters of small white flowers. The tips of the flowers turn red after being pollinated and in midsummer become purple-black edible fruit that are a favorite of both birds and people.

Comfrey Flower Essence
