Relax Your Immune System
My immune system needs some support. Had a cold from Solstice 2013 to New Year’s Day 2014. I felt good for a few days then the symptoms start to reoccur. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks. Boneset Flower Essence
Boneset is native to meadows and marshlands of eastern North America. It is a perennial herb, with an erect stout, cylindrical hairy stem, 2 to 4 feet tall. The lance-shaped leaves are large with finely toothed edges. Terminal gray-white flower clusters sit on finely branched stems. Boneset’s odor is slightly aromatic, the taste astringent and strongly bitter. It flowers from July to September. Aerial parts of this herb are used to treat viral infections such as colds, flu and fever. The name comes from its ability to treat fevers that accompany broken bones. It is also used for arthritic and rheumatic pain, bacterial infections and some skin conditions.

Water Element: Winter
Water is the primal mother of organic life. It is wet, fluid, takes the shape of its container, and conducts electricity. Humans are about 80% water. We need to stay hydrated so our blood, lymph, digestive, excretion and nervous systems can function properly. In Chinese Five Element Theory, water element rules the lymph and immune systems, bones, central nervous system including brain, and the adrenal glands. An imbalanced water system contributes to lack of flow in thoughts and feelings. It is associated with the subconscious mind and the emotion of fear. Bladder Organ Energy Meridian Essence Blend
