Authentic Sweetness

As the days are becoming longer, I am getting excited about this year. Ideas are flying around in my head and I want to get going with all of them now! Yet, it is still winter, a time for deep rest, revitalizing the immune system and gathering energy for the busy spring and summer ahead. When I’m too active, I start to get a sore throat and cold. It’s a signal, slow down. I’ll take time to read a book, listen to music or relax in front of the fireplace with a cup of licorice tea. I find I need this slower time to deeply feel myself, connect to my authenticity and tune into the sweetness of life here at Tree Frog Farm.

It also helps with adrenal fatigue, stress, anxiety and sleep issues. Use in small amounts for a short period of time.

Orange Wild Honeysuckle Flower Essence

Orange Honeysuckle is a trailing to high-climbing widely branching vine that grows wild in open woods to deep forest. It ranges from sea level to middle elevations and from the Pacific Coast of southern British Columbia to Northern California, west to Montana. Its stunning orange trumpet-shaped flowers open in whorls above a disk-leaf at the tip of the branch from May to July. Orange honeysuckle is easily cultivated in a garden setting to the delight of hummingbirds, bees and children who love the sweet nectar from the flowers. Indigenous peoples used the stem fibers to make mats, blankets and capes. Orange honeysuckle was used to treat colds & sore throats, reproductive issues and as a sedative.

On the flower essences level, Orange Wild Honeysuckle facilitates the process of balance through the energetic-electrical systems that in turn promote balance in the physical nervous system. Water Element: Winter

Water is the primal mother of organic life. It is wet, fluid, takes the shape of its container, and conducts electricity. Humans are about 80% water. We need to stay hydrated so our blood, lymph, digestive, excretion and nervous systems can function properly. In Chinese Five Element Theory, water element rules the lymph and immune systems, bones, central nervous system including brain, and the adrenal glands. An imbalanced water system contributes to lack of flow in thoughts and feelings. It is associated with the subconscious mind and the emotion of fear. The season of the water element is winter and the colors are blue/black.

Bladder Organ Energy Meridian Essence Blend
