Glad to see you all here in 2025! With the holidays behind us and the new year now in full motion, it feels natural to lean towards thoughts of renewal and make plans and manifestations to fill the year ahead. This newsletter took me a little more time than usual to put together. With so much going on in the world I found it difficult to choose which direction to go. I know that many different essences could greatly benefit humanity right now. The essences featured for January are linked together by the common thread of rebirth after trauma or shock. This commonality runs deeper, you may find, but even with different experiences and paths we each go down in life, we are still always connected as one.

Kidney Organ Energy Meridian Blend

The kidney organ energy system is the yin to the bladder’s yang. It is the source and storehouse of the physical life force, chi. Bones and the lymphatic system are ruled by the kidney system.
