March is often the time when we start to tend the garden, clear out old energies and make way for new growth. Tree Frog Farm flowers such as Bloodroot, Coltsfoot and Blue Cohosh are starting to debut after winter subsides, and the ground begins to thaw. Both the Ruby and Black Hellebore are in full bloom. Bloodroot is our first remake of the year, and it has already started to come through the ground with little nubs poking through. Our essence making year is about to begin!

The moon cycles through the signs of the zodiac every few days. I usually look up when the moon becomes void of course as it it in between signs briefly as it moves from one sign to the next. The newsletter was ready to release today but I checked the moon void calendar and realized that the moon is between signs all day and wouldn’t enter Virgo until nearly 5 am the next day! Earth Element: Transition Between Seasons
Earth is soft, nurturing and fertile. It is the food we eat that nourishes our bodies and souls. It is our muscles, our center, and grounded stability; physically, emotionally, and mentally. The earth element also rules fertility in humans. With a balanced earth element our relationships are warm and nurturing. The color of the earth element is yellow and it relates to transition time between seasons.
